I put the new fuel pressure sending unit in, but I'm still not getting a fuel pressure reading. I know the psi is there, I'm just not getting a reading.

I had a skydiving get-together in Mesquite, NV and a bachelor party in Vegas, so I didn't have time to diagnose the guage problem. The truck drove great there and back, about 700 miles. The Glacier kit install went very smooth (it is a well put together kit). I also did the fuel tank vent mod at the same time. I filled up on the way back with 37.5 gallons of fuel!

I ended up just taking the bed off to get to the tank. 4 bolts on each side of the frame and a few electrical connections, and the bed come off quite easy. 4 adults can lift the bed off, no problem. If you have the extra hands, I'd definitely recommend taking the bed off.

I'll keep you posted as to what I find to be the electrical problem.

I don't know. We had about 15 minutes to try to diagnose the fuel pressure reading thing, and somehow one of the connections on the Commander must've came loose, cuz now that's not working. I disconnected it and then headed out of town. I'll have some time this afternoon to mess around with it. Boost seems good, but it doesn't feel like it went up.

Going over the Tachapia's in So Cal towing 7500, my pressue went down to 1.
It did not seem to stop or even slow down the truck, I think its a sending unit issue, I am going to make a simple mechinal gauge and see if it reads the same.
