Pyro's and multiple probes

Is it possible to run more than one thing (gauge, snow, tst box) off one pyro probe??

Thanks for your help!

That is not really true. You can run more than one thing off of a single probe you just need to know that it COULD make the readings slightly lower. Basically you could pull the signal down slightly depending on the electronics you are using. I know I have run up to 3 different things on a single pyro without much of a change. Right now I have 2 running on a single probe (Commander & Recon) and I also have another single COmmander on another probe located almost on top of it. All 3 of them read exactly the same.

Also you need to make sure that all the devices you hook up to the thermocouple are meant to use the same type of thermocouple. Most likely you are using a type K thermocouple and that is the most common,

Also a lot will depend on how deadly accurate you need it. In other words if it was to cause to read from 25-50 lower would that bother you?

If you want to test it you need to put your truck to a near stock position and go make some runs and see what the max temp you can get it. Then take a reading at idle and another reading at a steady, repeatable cruising speed. Then add your items and see if they caused and changes.

Thanks for that reply, does Stan still work for you?

If so, can you have him or new sales rep call me Monday or ?-----He will remember me-- Lance in Salt Lake-----I was looking at stocking your products here.

(I had the Huge, 03 Blue Superduty show truck run'n 49's with one of your 160 boxes.)
