HELP!

I have my EGT Guage and ready to install it.......Here is where I need the help:

I have a craftman tap that reads: 1/8-27 Pipe Tap, N.C. Thread, Standard. on the tap itself, it has the same and also reads: PPE. Not sure if this is the tap I need for my 1/8" pyro. probe. If it is, do I need a 11/32 drill or size "R" drill.

If I'm way off base here, where can I buy the correct tap and drill sold together? Seems I saw a packaged tap and drill at one of the online diesel shops......Thanks for all your help.

I bought mine at Orielly Auto parts. Tap said 1/8-27 NPT on it.

Does anyone have instruction with pictures on installing a pillar gague pod with tranny, EGT and boost? I want to put some in but dont want to mess it up. Saw the pics above for the EGT but was hoping someone had more info? Like where to hook up wires for constant 12volt. Where to tap into the truck for lighting? and last the Turbo line.
New here but looks like a great site.
Thanks:

meanjean, I just installed a boost and pyro this weekend. I took a meter and tapped into a switched 12v supply in one of the cables down by the e-brake for pyro power. For lighting, there is an orange/white wire going into your main headlight switch that should be your adjustable 12v so that your gauges dim with your dash lights.

1/8-27 NPT is the correct tap, and the chart that I used indicated that the correct bit was the "R" bit. I did mine this weekend and it went fine. Greased the bit, went slow and then plugged the exhaust when I started it up. No problems.
