Puck switch
This might sound ghetto, but I just draped mine over my brake controller. I think that it sucks that they don't come with some sort of mounting bracket...just a little dinky switch that has to have something rigged up. You could run it through next to your steering wheel so that it's easy to access. Sorry, I don't have any pictures, for ya. I just didn't see any sense in going all out on mounting something so small and insignificant looking.
Unfortunately, when I bought my truck, the previous owner removed a self installed switch in the dash and left the hole for me. Temporarioly, the is where it sits, is directly to the right of the steering wheel in the plastic below the gauges. I can try to get a pic of it later if you want.
I put mine just above and to the left of the E-brake release handle. You just need to countersink the back side of the panel a little bit to get the switch to stick out ar enough to get the nut on.
