protect my stacks

when i put my stacks in i want to put a toolbox or something in front of them so they dont get mashed. what have you guys done to protect them?

a buddy of mine put his tool box in front of them, then he ran some diamond plate from the bottom of the box to the bed floor, on the backside of the box, so nothing could get back there and bang up the "Y" pipe or melt to it. Also on the top he ran another piece of diamond plate to cover up the gap and cut holes for the stacks. It works good and looks good as well.

For my stacks, I will probably just build abox out of diamond plate to cover the "Y" pipe up to where the chrome starts.

I have a aux fuel tank toolbox combo also but it isnt really protecting the stacks as much as protecting everything that touches the stacks.
