Question Proper Transmission Temperatures??

I finally hooked up my sensor wire from my Quadzilla Commander to my tranny temp sensor. I was wondering if someone could help me with some min, regular, hot and wayyyy too hot temperatures please. Thanks.

Mine run around 140-160 on the highway, right around 180-200 in town (which I dont like) where I can smell tranny fluid. Anything pushing 210 Im getting uncomfortable, and 200 Im keeping my eye on it. Ive only seen temps that high sitting in Vegas traffic creeping along trying to get to the track
