Which programer should i get the regular smarty or the smarty junior? Do you recomend an air box that has increased flow with sacraficing filtering ability?

The box depends on use and other add ons. If it's a stock truck, and you want some extra power or better mileage, get the Jr. You won't need or use all the features of the Sr.

I have yet to see any evidence that an aftermarket filter and box is any better than the stock set up. Save your money for something usefull - like fuel.
