I have a val air 600hp clutch in my 06 and for the last couple of weeks i've had some problems with the truck shaking a little after i let the clutch out and start giving it fuel. It quits around third gear and I've had suggestions of motor mounts and the carrier bearing. I had one person say that the pressure plate may be getting wore out and may be starting to crack and warp a little bit and last night when i was driving it there is a pop sound when the clutch starts to engage. As soon as the truck starts to pull it makes a pop sound. So i'm wondering if its time for a new clutch or what is goin on? Thanks for any help.
