I just installed my Commander, and am having some issues. when I started the truck for the first time, the idle sounded strange. When I tried to rev the engine to see what the boost would read, I didn't get any reading, and the truck would not rev past 1700. After trying to rev it a few times, it jumped up to 3500 and stuck there. The check engine light came on. I made sure that I had the correct wire tied into the "D" terminal of the map sensor, and tried it again with similar results. I unplugged the wire from the "D' terminal, and the idle started sounding normal again, and the throttle has not stuck again. The trans temp, egt, and coolant temp are all working fine.

I have the predator/power puck stack installed.

My installation manual has 26 pages. According to the table of contents, "trouble shooting" is on page 28... Just after "warranty" on page 27.

any ideas?

Do you have a "power module" that is plugged in in the same place?
The pdf file is missing the same pages as your install manual.

what were the codes that you got? Do you have the fuel pressure kit also? check your ground. if you have it grounded to some of the cast parts under the dash move it to some bare steel.

Did you connect to the map or the module? The way I read it, you don't connect to the map sensor, but to the module [same wire] if it's connected to the the map.

I just installed my comander 2 weeks ago. I also did not get a boost read. After hookup the first time I started the truck, engine light came on. Retapped the Blue map wire (2 Times) now I have a boost reading and everything is good. Now trying to decide on a Module. Too many choices.
