Help With No Power And Codes

My brother and I have 04 2500's. We have just purchased 2 new 07's and are getting ready to take the old ones back. My brother went to take out his edge EZ and the check engine light came on. We checked the codes and they are 0236 and 0237 both have to do with the turbo. The truck without the chip in has no power at all. When we put the chip back in it has all the power that it had before with the chip in. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to get this fixed up? Any help on getting this mess straightened out would be much appreciated.

Did you guys use the Boost Elbows? If so, then you need to pull those off too or you may get an overboost code. Other than that I don't see any other reason that your trucks would throw codes just from pulling the box off....

No we did not use the boost elbow. I can't understand why this is happening, we have both taken out our chips a number of times and nothing like this has happened before. Anybody else have any ideas?

Checked pins and that seems to work. Thanx for all the help. Now we just have to wait till tomorrow to get the two new duallys. 1 mega and 1 quad going to be interesting to see the difference in them.
