Pro Comp Tires

I see that Pro Comp will be running their buy three get one free in October and since I just cut the sidewall on one of my tires maybe its time for some new ones.

does anyone know where to buy these tires so that you dont have to pay the marked up price because they raise the price per tire for the sale it is still a good buy for all four. I heard Summit does not raise their price anyone else?

I ran the 38.5's on my ford and they rode very well...smooth and did great on the sand on the outer banks of north carolina. I had the nitto mud grapplers, but the noise was too much for an old guy. Now I'm back to a stock truck with 285 nitto grapplers.

They are an ok tire. I ran the mud terrains for a long time but switched to toyos and will never go back to pro comp. Toyos last a lot longer at least in mud terrain form.

I only have 5K on mine but I really like them so far. They ride pretty smooth and are very quiet for a large tire.

I have 35 muds also and I love them. For such an open lug design they are suprisingly quiet. I have about 10k miles on mine and they are holding up quite well too, that could be by me keeping the burn outs to a minimum! They also look good too, but when I get the green I will be running some toyo open county's they look just look mean!!

I have the 35 x 12.50 17 XATs on my 3500. After about 20,000 miles they are barely wearing at all.

I tow a 7000lb enclosed car trailer, and they work great at that load. I live 200 miles of gravel road from the nearest paved road, and they show no cuts or abrasions from gravel.

Don't buy from these jokers, they raise the price on you. By the time you're done you only save a few bucks vs buying all 4 at regular price.

I had the MTs on my last truck and hated them! They were extremely loud, rough, and wore quickly. Funny how two people with the same tire can have completely opposite experiences.

I'm with Pauly. If you are going to buy them, but them from somewhere else. 4 wheel parts burned me too many times to count.
