Will these products work well together? Anyone currently running this setup?

I really want a Smarty but I don't see having enough money anytime soon to afford it. I really need some lowend grunt and I'm not getting it with just the Quad race. I would think that the Predator with the stacker program would work good. What do you guys think? Thanks, Tom J.

 

Diablo on stacker RKL less pressure more timing and quadzilla race pressure only right should yield some good power about the same setup im running except instead of qzilla box im running a dr. performance but that may soon be changing and going with qzilla box due to code problems with dr. perf box. I run mine on the regular diablo rkl non stacker sometimes fells like more power by seat of pants but thats adding alot of pressure b/c on regular rkl its pressure and minimal timing and pressure only with a dr.prf 2021 or qzilla race so be carefull but a powerful stack either way you use it good luck.

 

I am mainly worried about too much timing. Eventually I will send the Quad unit in and have it flashed to a pressure only box but right now it does add timing. So if I stack the Quad with the predator downloader will the timing be too much?

 

See diablo told me to use the stacker tune with mine b/c im running pressure only box so this will be adding less pressure and more timing/duration, in turn this means that regular rkl adds more pressure/minimal timing and duration. But I was in belief that the power puck is a timing/duration only box so this makes no since that their stacker tunes would add even more timing/duration. Im looking for more input on this as I havent been able to get ahold Johan in the past few days to ask him about this.

 

The Puck does nothing but add pressure.

You can try the Quad but it adds timing which the Predator already does and it may be too much. You will be able to hear it if it's too much. I trierd stacking a Quad box w/ a TST and got serious timing rattle at idle!!!! You will most likely have to get the stack tune for the Quad box which basically makes it a pressure only box.....

 

i got the stack tune for my quad race so i can run with my tst i am looking to be stacking soon with the diablo after i get a turbo fun fun with the turbo should be coming soon.

i think you would like that stack just get a hold of quadzilla and tell them you want the stack program and they will get what you want i did and i am very happy with the results

 

I run the race box with timing still in it stacked with the predator regular tunes and I get no timing rattle.

 

03-pre 04.5 Predator uses no timing in TOW and PERF. 04.5 and up uses timing in all tunes. Confirmed by Johan at Diablo...

 

im running the stack tune on the quad and the predator and it is really strong better then the quad and bddl.
