Power tuning
Is there anyone in the NC area that does power tuning on our trucks or has the capability to make sure the truck is working properly, the engine is getting enough fuel, electronics are doing what they are supposed to, etc? I need a power tuner that knows what he is doing. Anyone know of any good shops that I can trust?

Well you see the list of things I have done to the truck. The thing should be screaming...but it's not. I have spent a bunch of money and the power is not there.
Before I went home on R&R I had a shop add EDMs, Banks Intercooler and a VA 3.2 Box. The truck pulls strong and runs VERY cool, but almost too cool. The VA Box is a wash. The guy that installed it checked it out and said it didnt make much of a difference and left it in the truck. It throws multiple codes everytime the switch is touched. It should have been removed, not left on the truck. Maybe I am expecting too much but there are guys that talk about getting huge power from one box and I just dont feel that much power out of this thing.
I get the boost to 35 PEAK and that is only for a second, usually WOT it goes to 30PSI, with the Banks on #4 and the BDDL on 90 HP setting.
EGTs don't get over 1100 towing a 8K load.
Fuel Mileage is lower than before the upgraded injectors/intercooler.
I am thinking of using an adjustable boost elbow to get the boost up so the fuel follows or are there other things that can be adjusted or tuned on a 305 HO that I dont know about? It has a stock turbo but with all of the mods I have that is about the only thing I haven't spent any money on other than a Banks BigHead wastegate. I cannot believe the stock turbo is holding back the power that much.

I am in Iraq right now but the truck is in central NC. I can have the truck taken wherever. I do have a FASS and have very little smoke at all unless I am just starting out and hammering it. Even then I only see a little bit of smoke and it clears by the time I hit 40 or 50 MPH.
