power pup crazy larry on a stock truck

I have a stock 03' cummins and i was wondering if the power pup with the crazy larry is too much for the stock engine and stock auto transmision to handle. i plan on getting a new torque converter but im not sure when. i was just wondering if it would screw my truck up or not, or if there are any other better programmers for a reasonable amount.

Motor more then likely not transmission it will definetly eventually. As for a power pup with crazy larry for a 03 its not happening their is no such thing. Triple dog some programs do some dont work on 03s. As long as you can keep your foot out of hard your trans. will like you alot longer and keep those costly repair bills down and keep you from having to walk or left stranded on the side of the road after the trans. goes. Just my .02

For the 03 trucks, the DiabloSport stack combination (Predator/Puck) is hard to beat. Especially for the price!!

Along with their excellent tech. support and all the problems we have had with the product and the people behind it you couldnt give me one!
PPE works great on 03-05 trucks imo, smarty is just awesome 0 complaints and killer power imo has the most and bullydog comes in behind them with a good product just needs more work.

I wouldn't use Bully Dog if it was the last programmer on earth. You want to talk about customer service, they (Bully Dog) have zero...

My truck ran like crap with Bully Dog. Switched over to DiabloSport & have had zero problems.

Bullydog tech support is by far way better then diablo I have had serious issues with their products and have literally called buddy at 3:00am we were at the track and truck locked up he answered and walked us through recovery and got us back up and running. Now thats tech. support. If you want to talk about no existent diablo hasnt realesed a new update for us u7131 guys since around april, numerous glitches in the programing that will over time cause damage and the tsb's are way out of date. Johan is non existent anymore I have heard rumors he quite and they are without a dodge engineer but thats just hearsay. Along with their false advertising and then getting into a heated discussion with them at tx diesel nationals this would be cole their ford guy and them him running his mouth on diablo sport forumn page about customers not a company i want anything to do with but ill let you make your own decision on that. Just trying to present you some food for thought take it with a grain of salt its just my .02 and i am not the only one on this forumn that feels this way.

Be afraid... very afraid of adding power to a stock tranny.....

Replaced tranny under warrantee @ 75000 after adding power..... Replacing tranny again @ 150,000 with very minor power. I would not suggest adding any power untill you replace T/C and valve body @ a minimum.

More BD trash talking. I have a BDTD and it works just like it's suppose to.

Buddy reflashed my Outlook to a newer version for free. Just send it to him and he took care of it. That's awsome support.

Buddy provides great tech. support who else will answer the phone at 3:00am and stay up an hour with you and help get you back and running. You wont find that with diablo. Bullydog, Smarty are great with customer support buddy and bob do a great job we dont see any techs from diablo posting in the forumns do we?

I've never had as problem with my Bully Dog.

To answer your question though Crazy Larry WOULD be way to much for your stock auto. I have a manual and still have not tried CL cuz I know it would fry my clutch.
