Man how do you guys blow those things????? I have turned the high boost off on the TST hit 45-47 psi I was waiting for my head to fly. I cant get mine to pop.

I tried too. 48psi for months. Never blew my plastic intercooler

Sorry 'bout the 16v vs 24v.

Are you guys in the '05's that havent had issues running with the aluminum "caps"?

I've just recently joined the diesel world, but the more people I talk to, the more stories I hear of the plastic pieces breaking free on the turbo side.
