Something isn't quite right there. My bet is that it is actually the 4 piece style that bolts over the factory inserts; not a full face billet grille. I've got the t-rex full face on mine and it looks great. The fit and finish was excellent. Cutting the bars is not hard at all..... just a little time consuming. Remember measure twice and cut once!!

Here is a pic of mine with some of the "new" suspension (not yet complete) making a chebby look bad.......

Is there not some out that replace with no cutting? This is the look I have always wanted, just really hard to find in Canada for under $700.

When I'm done making it go fast, maybe then I'll go down this road.

I think I have seen a couple on ebay that are actual 1 piece assemblies that replace the complete shell and all but I don't know how good they would actually fit. I also know that some companies advertise the kit as an 03-08 but it should be either an 03-05 and an 06-08 because they are different.

That looks like the real deal. 1 piece and billet aluminum. I would get it if you are interested. The only thing that is confusing is it says bolt over. That doesn't make sense. Send them a question to confirm it.

In that picture I have 6" in the front and 5" in the back with 35x12.50s. With 6" of lift the tires need to be taller but they have decent tread left and didn't see the need to waste them.

Last week I had the base lift installed which is a Fabtech 6" and Carli mini-packs.......

I'll be working on the truck for another couple of months but in the end it will have about 7 1/2" of suspension lift, long arms, traction bars, upgraded shocks, adjustable track bar, steering brace, and 37" Toyo M/T's.

Here's a picture of the one from that Ebay ad. I asked them why their picture was the same as that used by T-rex and I didn't get an answer, they sent this picture and said this is what they make.

Looks to be one piece. I asked for instructions to see if I bolt over my stock grille or do what I want and cut out the stock inserts and bolt in the billet.
