in the next few months i would like to dyno my truck ,dont know what the numbers might be.with the mods i have,maybe 550hp;would love to see 585to600hp.and if not 600, what would be a safe box to put with the tntr.what # do you guys think it will hit.

I think you'll need a cam to 600hp.

515 as it sits, an MP8 seems to be the popular box to stack on for a bit of pressure. get a rail pressure gauge to keep an eye on peak pressure tho.

I know the turbo is rated 550 and I sure dont need to ter it up,Think it would hold 600hp for one dyno run.if not tell me now.

It is not that the turbo would fly apart on you, it is simply that it will not provide enough air to support 600...

Let's put it another way. The stock turbo is hard pressed, but has made 500hp. It delivers 67 lbs/min of air. The turbo you have now delivers about ~70 lbs/min. The real advantage of your turbo is a larger turbine and housing which lets the engine breathe a little better but at the expense of low end spool.
