Oponions on cab lights.

Ok Fellas my one ton mega didn't come with cab-lights so I am looking at recon's web-site and was curious what you all'd think about putting a set of chevy lights on the cab?? Does anyone know if it would work as far as the seal?? What do you think of looks?? I don't know how to photoshop or i'd try. Give me your opinions.. I am just looking for something to set my truck apart.

I'd say no to chevy cab lights...cause i would notice that and it would bother me we drive dodge cummins!

I have heard of and seen problems with Recon's kits. Seems to depend on the kit though

I've had two sets of Recon cab lights (bulbs and LEDs) and both have been great, but I had factory cab lights to start with.

I'm interested in some LED cab lights, but still want the orange lens. Anyone have a link as to where I could find these? I saw the Recon's, but don't want the smoked lens.

I would do the bulbs, but not sure as to how they would look. I wanted to get some LED lenses also. Guess I will have to wait until a kit is made. Anyone just have LED bulbs in their cab lights?

Chevy lights on a Dodge? That would set it apart. I'd never do it on my truck though. I bought a Dodge with the CTD for a reason. If you want you can go to the Stylin' Concepts website and get some clear ones. Just remember don't change the color or DOT will snag you.

That goes double for me. SRW or Dually. They don't DO anything but create the possibility for a leak, increase maintenance, and ruin the perfect line of the roof.

IMHO of course......

Cab lights are their for saftey (lets oncoming traffic know a truck is coming not a little toyota)
I never have liked the chevy cab light look. The wide lite in the middle just looks cheap to me.
