ok guys got beat last night!

Okay last night i was leaving sonic and this 2wd dodge 2500 pulled up next to me and wanted to race so we both turned onto the highway and were going about 55-60 when we took off...I GOT BEAT! Not bad though he just kept pulling away... Now he is stock tires and wheels stock height. I have a 5 inch procomp lift with 35 inch tires. I also had smarty on level 9 on beta 4.2. So what can i do to keep this from happening again

Get some fueling mods, Turbo/turbos... maybe a little N20. . . LOL, it is just a matter of how much money you want to spend.

Twin everything! And N20!

Kidding, thats a bad game to play because someone will always be faster. Try stacking it with a pressure box for the moment that should help out.

You need to blow some big bucks. 4.2 already adds some pressure so unless you have a rail pressure gauge I would not go messing with that fire. I wouldnt worry too much about it if you are happy with the truck. There is ALWAYS someone faster. A 2WD has a lot less weight and can go faster with less power. Race from a dig in 4WD, he will just spin.

Watch out for them 2wds!!!!!!

I can vouch, they have a little edge if they have traction, I have pretty wide meats and this truck doesn't like to burn them down, it likes to bite and run, and at 60 it pulls just as hard! You won't see many 2wds, but most you will see will be sleepers.

They still race on 39th? I grew up in OKC and racing up and down 39th on friday/saturday was a given in the late mid to late 70's. Place has changed a lot though. I don't even recognize my jr. high school(Central)
