Oh Quad.
I'm sorry but its about time to start asking the same question as usual. Are the monitors shipping yet? I'd call Stan but I'd rather have an order to call him.

Who me?????
A bunch of people already have them. It just depends on exactly what you want and what you plan to do.
If all you want is the standard functions and don't plan on needing the online updating right now then they are ready. They are updatable it just has to come back to me!
I am trying to get a page on our site to explain in great detail everything that is shipping and what the functions are.
Right now the normal gauge will do this on the 03-06 Cummins:
Read EGT, Boost, Coolant, Transmission/Oil - user configurable for 1-4 parameters at once
Defuel and control our module You can defuel for all of the monitored Parameters
Set warnings for all of the above parameters
Log min/max for all above parameters
Set warm up mode- user selectable from 120-190 degrees
Adjust the backlight
Calibrate the EGT gauge- if you want it is not needed, but you can sway it +/- about 50 degrees
In addition to this you can purchase the add on wiring harness. I am not sure of the exact cost, but it is not much. This is the same harness you would get if you bought the fuel pressure kit, but we don't have the sending units here yet. This harness will allow the Commander to read Rail Pressure right now. It will also allow you to read RPM and Fuel Pressure, but like I said we don't have the sedning units....they are expected any day.
The only real thing that the Monitor won't do right now is allow you to update it online.
Hope that helps.
So if that fits your bill let us know.

Does the boost reading come from the MAP sensor, or do you have a transducer that will attach to a boost source?
Does the gauge come with a pyrometer, or can I use my Isspro?
Also, what do I use for trans temp?
And lastly, where is the rail pressure coming from? Do you have a pigtail that goes on the rail sensor, or is the reading coming from somewhere else?
I'm tired of my gauge setup, and want to replace them with something trick.

You need to use our thermocouple, but you can still attach the Isspro gauge if you want. The only reason you need to use ours is that we use connectors instead of the ring terminals on the ends. This makes it easy to install and un-install for any reason.
I also guess you could cut our connectors off and add a ring terminal if you wanted?
For boost we have 2 options. The one the monitor comes with attaches to the MAP sensor. This is perfect unless you want to run more than 46psi. We can actually read slightly high to almost 50psi, but it is not accurate. Up to 46psi we are dead accurate.
If you make more boost than that we have a transducer that will send the signal to the monitor. These are not in production yet, but we have tested them to 90psi!
On transmissions temp we use a sender that comes with the kit. It will read from 100-280 degrees. We supply the fittings to install it in the test port on the transmission. There are many ways you can install it, but we supply the hardware for that location. It is a 1/8 npt fitting so you can put it anywhere you want, or in the oil system.
The Rail pressure is read right off of the sensor itself. It is accurate to around 27.5K.
I also know that you like to run a lot of different modules and we are almost finished with the accessories that allow you to control them. You will be able to do the TST and the Mp8 together or seperately if you want. The adapter for the EZ will be out shortly as it is simply just a wiring connector change. We are trying to take it one step at a time.

It will really change the way people feel about rail pressure I think. It is not as scary as everyone thinks. Once people start watching it and understanding how it works then there will be much more peace amongst everyone.
The only downside is that we are limited to the factory sensor. In extreme cases they work to over 28K and I have seen them as low as 26k. The average truck seems to be accurate to 27.5k.
So in some cases the gauges won't tell you exactly how high the pressure went, but for the most part it will do what everyone needs it to do.

Anyone know what oil temps run on the cummins motor. I already have trans temp mounted on the a-pillar, and was thinking of using the oil temp function to monitor engine oil temp. It too is a 1/8npt..

The will run as high as in the low 200's depending on the load.
When you turn the Trans/Oil function on it gives the option to read Trans or Oil on the monitor. This is something we mainly did for the 6spd guys.
Also it will read anything from 100-280 degrees as long as you can use an adapter or something to screw it in. It is only limited by your imagination I guess.

Will the new monitor be able to control the Juice? I have the attitude but I think the rail pressure would be nice to keep an eye on. Also which one of your boxes would stack the best with the juice, if any?

The price for the gauge without any accessories is $399 retail. You need to check with your vendor or the DTR store for exact pricing.

Yes it will control the Juice, but it requires a translator module to control it. Right now we are working on adding in the low boost fueling feature. In the future we may add more, but for now it will control power level and LBF.
I am not sure what stacks best with the Juice. WE plan to test it, but we have a had a run of bad luck with our test boxes. Everything works fine, but they don't add any power. We have went through several, so I am not sure what it wrong? This is on a 2005 truck. The attitude and everything works and reads fine and the truck runs normal with no lights, just stock. As soon as we get this figured out we will let you now what stacks best.
We are also working on a stacking only module for the TST guys. I really wished I had a few local people that wanted to beta this stuff because our 03,04 and 05 trucks still have a stock tranny in them. It makes it tough to make big number.
We leave the trannies stock for testing purposes, just FYI.

Everything is on the COmmander now. All of the hardware that is needed is there. We are trying to finsih up the update software. We had to us e a processor that did not have any built in USB tools, so we had to write them all from scratch. The bootloader has jut taken a little extra time.
We are shooting for the usb to be complete in 2-3 weeks max. The fuel pressure senders had better be here before then. We were promised them last week.
