Whats the difference between your Thunder 330 and the Silver 62? They both are a 62/74/14 and the only difference I see is the silver is a polished compressor housing. I am very interested to know the difference. Thanks

Well I tried to do as much research as possible before I purchased. I was told it was a much heavier duty turbo than the others, it has a 6 pad thrust instead of a 4, and a wider heavier duty journal bearings, and a heavy duty #40 waste gate instead of a #30. Was told it should spool about the same as stock with my setup. Should have it all done today. Ill keep you posted.

Also the other turbos required me to also get an HX40 downpipe for clearance issues, I already have an aftermarket down pipe. With this turbo I didnt have to spend the money on another one. This one is also rated to support higher horsepower numbers than the regular phat shaft.

All installed and working great, spool up with my mods is very similar to stock except it pulls like a freight train and seems to keep going. I only have about 60 miles on it at this point and im trying to take it alittle easy to give it some break in time. I have already noticed my EGT's are down a good 200 to 250 degrees which I needed very bad. I'm going to need more fuel now because my coal is very thin now. So far I'm very impressed.
