finally got my new htt 62/65/14 installed yesterday along with an ats manifold.. she idles fine no leaks ect ect, the problem started on the test drive, it felt like it was defueling (no programmer, just ez & fooler) had numerous codes(p0148,map sensor,overboost)so i pulled over cleared dtcs and loaded smarty. needless to say i can't put my foot into it it will code and sputter, surge, won't boost over 10-15 pounds without feeling that it is working against itself...help,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,oh yeah and i am now in the bush for another 2 weeks with a truck that isn;t reliable at all

 

I would check the connections on your map sensor, and make sure that you plugged in the shorting plug for the stock wastegate that came with the HTT.

That is really weird...

 

tried numerous options, fooler no fooler, supplied plug , solenoid off stock turbo...each to no avail

umm ya i think i tracked it down to my raptor, had blown fuse so i changed and pump isn;t engaging... hmmm i hope i didn't trash the injection pump. what a day and i called the outfit that installed the raptor to send me one on the bus, uhhh that might take awile was the reply well i guess i could plug in the stock lift pump......but that involves dropping the tank to get to the wiring and i am in the bush with snow on the ground
