New turbo & Edge

I put a turbo on my truck thats supposed to boost in the 50 to 60 pound range and my edge attitude moniter is only reading a max of 41 pounds of boost? I set the edge to a max boost set point of 60 pounds. Anyone know why it wont go past 41pounds?

Im not certain, but I think that 41 is all the edge will read, you should probably get a manual boost gauge that will read that high.

The problem is your Edge measures boost off the factory map sensor. Which will only go to 41-42 or so. Get a mechanical gauge and then you could read your boost

Is anyone certain that the edge will not read past 41 pounds of boost? it says nothing in the manual about that. if thats true, is there anyway to fix that?

Get a mechanical Gauge. The oem map sensor is the issue. Edge needs to make a optional mechanical Hook up

Your 64/13 Is out of it's range over 55psi according to High Tech. I had one and was hitting around 48psi and it worked great!

bluechrome hit the nail on the head the limiting factor on your reading in the edge unit is the fact that the stock map sensor does not read pressure over 40-41 psi. so you ether have to buy a map sensor that reads over 40psi and plug the edge into that map. the autometer electronic gauge uses such a map sensor. i don't remember if the hook ups are the same.
