its so wierd driving this truck. when i first got my 600 i thought it was quick and had plenty of juice for me. Now that i have the BD in it, driving this mega seems like going from my truck to a semi. it has the power, it just doesnt get moving.

Oh well. 18mpg for the first 900 miles on the truck. he wants a chip for mileage and i suggested the juice for all the safety features

The reason we got this truck is because my step dads old 03 2500 QC LB Cummins was stolen from a hotel parking lot wednesday night in Oklahoma City. Included with the stealing of the truck was the 600 dollar GN hitch, a toolbox with about 5 grand worth of tools, and some saws, a welder, and smaller items that we purchased at sears that day.

Just wednesday we looked at mega cabs and decided to order 3 of them for the family and a BMW X5 for my mom. Little did we know that night we would be getting one of the mega cabs. Woke up that morning, gone. They did not take my truck and i dont know why. i was about 20 feet away from him with brand new tires, gauges, a chip, and all kinds of crap stowed away.

So we wake up with the truck gone, call bonham chrysler where we buy all our trucks and find a 52,000 mega cab and it is shipped to us 3 hours later for 37,000. singed papers and came home for my graduation last night.

Employee purchase price on that truck would have been in the 42.5 range... Please explain how you got another 5.5k off that.....

Chrysler corporate gives us much more than employee price for having so many dodges. they give us the best deal they can.

we purchased three trucks from bonham in december of 05.(very good to deal with). just wondring who was the salesman? b/c if we can get a mega cab for anywhere close to 37k , we will buy three more tommorrow. how was your truck optioned? good looking truck.

Yeah... I'm not buying that. we have serval dodge's and have bought several othres. They can't sell them for under employee price (with the exception rebates) and make money. Unless I see the paper work, I'm calling BS on 52k truck for 37k.....

I don't think he is BSing. Mine stickered for 46- and I bought it for 35- in December. That was when they were the "hot" ticket. These big trucks are just sitting on the lots right now. The only models that are stil selling well are the LWB SRW's and DRW's, otherwise known as work trucks. Dodge dealers, for the most part, are making some pretty remarkable deals on trucks. And if he buys them 3 at a time, well then he should get a better deal than the rest of us.

There's a big differance in your price vs. his. I know first hand that they can't sell them that cheap. I saved about 11k off sticker on mine as well and got in on the 0% for 60 deal. when your talking under invoice almost 10 grand...... I have to call BS.
