Question Neoprene

What does it feel like. Is it like a simulated leather? Where can i see and feel some locally? thinking about seat covers.

it's the rubber material that most wet suits are made of.

saddle blankets are coated in the stuff to keep the horse from sweating as bad. I wouldn't compare it to leather at all. It's more like a soft nylon or something. It's hard to describe.

go down to your local dicks sporting good store- they should have something there that is neoprene. i had wet okoles (neporene) seat covers in my last truck. they held up really well. but wet okole makes a quality product.

I bought some Wet okoles last year and they are awesome. Great fit and durablilty. The stock fabric would stain if you looked at it the wrong way. The Neoprene still looks like new.

Okoles here too. Have been great. Wet Okole will send you sample swatches of fabric type/color for free. The wet okoles are neoprene but are covered with an additional type fabric may be nylon cant remember.

I love my Wet Okoles.......They add alot of comfort to the stock seats. Costs a small fortune, but figured what the heck Im keeping the truck till the wheels fall off.

Last time I went through the almost buy neoprene seat covers, I found the Wet Okoles would be about $500 front and rear. The coverkings from Costco (also neoprene) were about $400 front and rear.
