need help spooling

I am having trouble spooling my 62/14 with just my mods. The turbo is not fully spooled untell 2500 rpms (35psi). I have the boost elbow closed all the way. I have thought about getting a smarty but i am not sure that will help any. You guys have any ideas.

You need a little more fuel maybe. 35 psi??? my stocker would run that. You should be getting more boost then that but maybe don't have enough fuel. You also need a boost fooler. If all else fails a Cam helps alot. I can spool a 66mm just as fast as a stocker.

I'd get a Diablosport predator and load up an Extreme RKL tune or a puff tune. If that doesn't spool your turbo, nothing will. My truck feels like it spools quicker than stock with my Silver64 and puff toon loaded. It smokes at idle a bit. Lotsa fun for sure.

Depending on what you do with the truck and what your goals are, a 12 cm exhaust housing may be more appropriate than the 14.

If you have an Automatic a 12cm housing will be much better than 14cm.

Have you considered upgrading to Quad Race?
