need help with front end!!!

Any ideas or information is greatly appreciated.

I got issues with my front end shaking, shimmy-ing, rocking, jumping ect, ect ect. when I am truck pulling. The front looks like its going to grenade out from under the truck. I got 53,000 miles and the tie rods, U-joints ect. seem to be okay. Does any one have any ideas about what kind of front end work I should do to tighten everything up...shocks? Steering stabilizers? poly bushings on the track bars? I got to get things beefed up and tightened down or its going to blow.

Do a search on Death Wobble!! I have it and know what your talking about.. What tires you got? First time I had stock tires and blown ball joints now I have 315 bfg's and it came back.. You can have your caster adjusted to max and that will help..

Nope BFG's are notorious for death wobble due to the fact the sidwall's are crud!! They start out strong but peeter out quick!! I am not saying the tires are the whole complete problem but they will be a factor!! Ask T-Boe he took a ride in my truck and we hit a bump...SHAKE< SHAKE!!!! New tires go on Monday!!

I appreciate your response Luvn- its not death wobble though. I know what it is and thank goodness I dont experience it. On the highway I got no problems - I guess I should have been more specific. When I am pulling a sled in the dirt the front end is all over the place. I am thinking there should be something I can do to tighten in all down.

AAH I see. I would pull the tires and get a 12' cheater bar and start tightening every bolt! That's a start.

Thanks for the response. I finally used the Thuren coment you made and figured out what I might need. Its funny - I dont know anything about front end upgraes becasue i have never read anything about them - never had a need to. There must be 1000 memebers on here who have made those upgrades already and they could have easily said something like you did - thanks for the help.
