Hello all, can anyone please advise me as to the pro's, and con's to reprogramming my 2006 2500, 5.9L, 24000 miles, leveling kit, 4" lift, and 35" tires. The exhaust and everything else is stock. My desire is to get better gas milage. And can the dealer tell if you have used a programmer if you put it back to the original program beforing returning to the dealer for warranty work.

 

The smarty is the only programmer that is undetectable by the dealer. All other programmers you take the risk of the dealer voiding your warranty.
