A silver 62 should flow alot more than a 62/12 or 62/14 as the turbine is quite a bit bigger and the compressor housing isn't that big but very efficient at getting the air cleanly out.
The only way to get the power down better is drag slicks or ice tires nearly worn out. If your rpm ramp is too steep you will slip the tires everytime on the dyno....see a sample in my gallery. The other was is to let the air out of the tires down to 10psi....clamp the truck down with four straps on both sides of the rear axle and then pump the tires to 65psi till the radial squeals in pain. This cost about 20 or 30 hp due to higher rolling resistance of tire deformation but at least you don't lose any boost because of slippage.
What gear did you dyno in. I couldn't get them to dyno me in od on a Mustang so it was a waste. On my truck there was no where near enough load in 3rd to do anything.
How high did your boost get?
Keep up the good work. Kerry
We were running in overdrive for the 600's the 553 was in drive. I was getting about 51lbs boost, only about 4 lbs less than street, when I got er into the 6's

Dont even think of putting a Smarty on that truck. There's a good chance it might mess something up like it has on others who had a perfect setup.

This is comming from a happy Smarty owner....Wonder what a Diablo would do with TST or mp8.

Was this the new "200hp" Diablo program that streetsmoker was talking about before?

Did you say your Silver 62 surges/barks with normal driving?

No, it will bark a little sometimes going into od. But that is easy to drive around. Also while pulling my trailer, if I let it lug down to around 1950 in od it will start to bark, but I have learned how to drive around that too. Otherwise it has impeccable street manors. And you could see on the dyno how fast it will spool up.

No just the regular 160hp diablo program. I am going to check out the new program, but not til I am on the dyno again, and after I get the new cp3 and upgrade my fass

Amazing numbers for 62 class turbo. Someone needs to get out there and shovel off the track. I am antcipating some good track times from your truck.

Kevin, Yep, these 03 common rails need a load like in od to get the power down. If you were getting 51psi with that turbo you were definitely making the power indicated....that is good dyno boost. I only made 38psi with the twins on a 550hp run but 70+psi on the street. Traction is everything on the dyno to get good results. Good numbers, reasonable EGT's, you have a truck that is working as good as it gets especially for an 03-04 with its tupid ECM. ks

My 05 will have a similar stack once I get the Silver62 bolted on. I'm going to run the DiabloPredator on Extreme and stack with QuadsXZT for a little pressure. It'll be interesting to see the differences between mine and Streetsmoker and Morkable's. They have 03's with injectors and I have stock 05 injectors, which are supposed to be pretty good by themselves. Time will tell.

You will need an upgraded cp3 to run the xzt. Even without a pressure box I exceeded the capabilties of the stock cp3. I think that the big jump for me is with the hot upgrade on my edge to be honest, just by going by seat of the pants it is definately the difference maker

I will keep that in mind... Your stack involves two products that increase duration of injectors. If I run the Diablo/XZT, I have one pressure and one duration. Do you think I'll bleed the rail quicker than your setup? I thought it'd be less, being that the XZT adds no where near the power of the HotJuice...
