acook- That is my D.Wiggs logo I made (the real one looks better, that was a quick P-chop).
NukleusX- I like your idea but I don't plan on being behind anyone!!!
rockcrawler304- I am going to have it CNC'd out of metal and then painted metallic black to match the truck along with my horizontal grille that I have to buy. I am trying to find a grille that looks just like the factory without the vertical bar (like I P-chopped). I am not a fan on the super close together horizontal bars, although it may look alright and I may have to settle for it.
I am doing Black Chrome because I think Matte Black would look dirty, Black wouldn't match my truck since it's not jet Black, but Black Chrome would be the best combination (IMO) of shine and blackness!

I am having my Alcoa wheels done in Black Chrome. Right now I am trying to find a metal plating company that does black chrome, and so far not too much luck. I am trying to find someone loca to avoid having to ship the wheels back and forth but may have to go farther away from Columbus. When I find out someone that can, I can let you know.

I called the shop in Dayton that I had 2 Yahama sport bikes done and they said they can't do black chrome. But the quality of the polishing and chrome I got done there was great. (chrome is only as good as the condition of the part it's being applied to, so if they do a terriable job at polishing the wheels, which they will have to do even to new ones, the chrome will show it.)
You might try calling Bikes2NV in columbus, I know they do alot of chrome motorcycle wheels\parts and they might tell you if the shop they use can do black, or if they can get it done for you. All the links above are from around Cleveland.
I'm sure it would look tacky but if you wanted to be different you should get them Copper plated, it would look like giant shiny pennies!

Here is What Black Chrome is...
You might try calling Bikes2NV in columbus.
First, they chrome the wheel. Then there is a substance (like powdercoat) that is electrostatically applied to the chrome wheel that is then baked on. This is what results in the "black chrome". The "black stuff" is so good at protecting that the guy was saying that dust does not even want to cling to it. It also protects the wheel entirely from EVERYTHING. It is basically an inpenetrable coating!!
They will be going in next week!
