With stock injectors you should never exceed 50%. Now that I have some Fluxs I run it 50-60% most of the time but occasionally turn it higher.
Like last night.
I was sitting at a light and another CTD turned onto the road I was on and eyeballed me as he let the black cloud billow from his 6" stacks. I got skeered and flipped it to 4x4 and turned the Juice to HOT and the mp-8 on 100%. Pulled up to the next light and it was on. Let's just say I could have left the mp8 off and the Juice on 4. I always feel bad when I whoop up on a fellow CTD owner.

Sorry for a dumb question, but how exactly does increasing the fuel pressure give you so much more horsepower? As I understand it, the MP8 is just a pressure box.

Because more fuel is being delivered with the same amount of duration from the higher pressure. Also there's a slight timing advance that comes from the higher pressure when the injector fires.

Thanks for the answer. Given more fuel is delivered at the same duration, do pressure boxes make fuel economy much worse under the same driving conditions?

Really depends. I ran a Edge EZ pressure box at level 2 (50hp) and saw a slight decrease in fuel economy for city driving, and no change on the highway.

I run mine on 40-50% all the time. After hearing some of the posts here i contacted T/S Tech , and they told me 0-100% would not matter. Also said no injector problems have been reported. So, if there is any issues with running it at a higher % , they should be contacted.

i run mine 100% most of the time for about 20,000 now with no problems the boys at Ts performance told me 100% wont hurt it at all.

How is running it 100% any worse than stacking it with a smarty or somthin and runnin them both 50% ?????
