This is the second time this has happened to me in 7 months. Start the truck and I sounslike the truck is missing or surging for fuel. Took it to the dealer the last time and it turned out my fuel pump was cracked and needed to be replaced, obviously. I'm guessing something similar again. Truck has a noticable vibration and sounds like maybe the fuel pressure regulator is bad? Or maybe cracked again and sucking air? If this is the case should I have it factory replaced or get a new fuel pump from Glacier?? Warranty is up on truck BTW

 

If warranty is up and you need a new pump, I would go aftermarket. On the pump the dealer replaced, did they replace with the intank unit?
