I get 13-14 mpg with all city stop and go traffic and short trips which do not get truck up to operating temp. Going to camp i get around 20. That is with the Smarty Jr on 2 with TM2 and TQ4.

I really miss my 97 12 valve 5 speed !!!!!!! The only reason i got rid of it was the lack of 4 doors and rust !!!!!

I chose 19-23 because it most closely represents the question given in the first post. Otherwise, numbers in sig.

dogger's mileage

Keeping track for 58,000+ miles all hand calculated, 17.3+ Yupper 2003 with a little over 58,000 miles. Driving 90% highway and about 15% towing either a boat, travel trailer, or horse trailer. Six shooter with Gear Vendor's overdrive. Actual highway without trailer, 18.7+, city about 13.8. This whole mileage thing is skewed as I have keep a running total since mile 1. B-O-M-B-ing has dropped mileage (kilometerage, is that a measurement) a bit, but Gear Vendor OD and driving style have definitely raised it. Is everyone corn-fused?

With my 07 dually Mega(Smarty Jr /CFM/BFG KM2 255/80/17tires,S/B airbox, tonnue cover)-----last trip was 1300 miles from Calgary AB out to Vancouver BC though the mountains and back i averaged 20.69 hand calculated with 4 adults and a box full of gear.It was kept under 70 almost all the way,city/work driving it gets 16 -18.Mileage sure drops off when she gets over 2-2.5K real quick.DW---PS about 1/4 of the trip is posted at 55MPH or 90KMH and the new BC law is if your over 40KMH the posted limit they cease your ride for seven days on the spot---plenty of us Albertan's traveling to BC for a get-away are learning to hard way-----usually ends up costing a grand for the first offence after everything is done(impound/ticket/towing/rental car for a week to get you home).
