I'm running the Jr. and getting about a 2mpg gain, hand calculated. Drive easy and keep your tires properly inflated will help A LOT!

I finally got around to checking my tire pressure earlier this week. Apparently the installer felt like 45psi was okay. It took bumps and road joints like a limo, but the front end felt a little wobbly. 15lbs in the front and 9lbs in the rear and I'm 50* cooler on the EGT and my boost is down from 9psi to 8psi at 65mph. Haven't filled yet so I don't know the overall mileage gain, but if it's showing on the gauges, it's got to be there...

THE #1 best thing you can do; Get your right foot re-calibrated!

With diesel prices in California hovering near $4/gal, lately I've been driving 5mph below the posted limit. Sure, I'm not making any friends while driving 60 in a 65 zone... but I'm getting an honest 18mpg on the highway.

Oh um, and... driving slow is boring. Just remember it's still ok to cut-loose from time to time !!

Smarty JR, stay away from pressure boxes. Intake horn, 50hp DDP injectors, cam, all help. No oversize tires, grill guards, etc all reduce milage. Drive slower and watch your guages, lower boost and egt = better milage.
