Made my own grille
Actually I have both. But the new one is the wider. I did my research on them and know the fears (encountered one myself by doing what the instructions said and using an impact and not self tightening.. please fire the guy who wrote them). But I just took it on a 2500 mile trip with no problems.

wished I could give you a good idea but too many variables (driving habbits, street only?, off road?, etc...) have seen them go in less than 40k miles, but seen them last over 100k miles. the further you have things hang off the center line of the bearing, the faster they will wear. keep an eye on them
kudos on the grill! close up pics?

I would think since the rear doesn't have u-joints direction of force against the bearings is the same no matter what so offset wouldn't matter, on the front we have u-joints so there is a twisting force against the bearings that becomes greater the further you are away from it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong..

Wheel bearings aren't designed to carry load the way they are loaded with wheel spacers.
If you don't tow much or have super nasty roads, you might be OK. But 2" is a LOT of spacer. I would recommend you consider removing them. They are also increasing your scrub radius, which is making your steering less stable and making all the steering parts work harder (and wear faster).
