lug nuts for H2 wheels
Can I use my stock lug nuts , I have steel wheels, on my new H2 rims
also can I increase hub diameter to make hub cap fit

Your stock lugnuts will work. The H2 caps will only fit on the front but they look like crap. Putting the Dodge caps on make them look like different rims. If you want your Dodge caps to fit, there's some modification work to do there also.....
