Low boost

I finally got my Quad Commander installed today and everything works great. However I noticed that my truck is only making 32 psi of boost. That would be fine for a stock truck but with the Quad race on (140hp) setting with built in boost fooler and a Super Phat Shaft 62/14 turbo, I should be well over 40 psi of boost. I checked all of my hoses and clamps and can't find a leak. I am not really sure how I can narrow down this problem. Anyone have any ideas?

When you hooked up the Commander did you connect to the wires on the factory MAP sensor or the Quad race harness?

I know you probably went to the Quad harness, but that is the only thing I could think of off the top of my head......

It's on the harness right above the MAP sensor. That should make the signal pre boost fooler and even if the boost fooler was to effect it the signal would be 22 psi max. So I think I can rule out the boost fooler but I may disconnect the Quad Race box just to be sure. Thanks, Tom J.

I know that the commander has defuel settings; did you try cancelling them & rechecking the boost level. Running a large tubro means that you have more volume of air flowing, its more effecient. So you'll be running lower boost. How is the waste gate adjusted on the SPS?
