Installed TST on my 05 saw as much as 32 psi. Towed 1200 miles noticed only 26 psi. Called TST, they said check for leaks in hoses. Couldn't find any leaks so I unhooked the line frome intake manifold to wastegate. Got my boost back has been as high as 39 but for the most part never gets over 35. What or where is the problem can the wastegate be asjusted on the 05? Know very little about these engines. Also had EGT limit set on 1300 and it was continuously cutting back now with the wastegate done away with don't have the EGT problem anymore either.

 

be careful if your reading what says on the tst guage, it only reads accurate to about 30 psi my buddy poped his turbo without the bleed hose attached
went over 50 psi and it was over...

 

Found the problem. TST informed me that past 37PSI the factory system is is questionable and will not read over 40 at all. The problem turned out to be the little brass valve that hooks between wastgate and hose going to the intake on 05' sytems. I had seen 32 psi but this is before I had tightened the fitting at intake manifold after tightening the fitting the system worked but at 26 psi. Adjusted set screw in this valve that came from TST and now have up to 35 PSI and everything is honky doory now.
