Looking for a leveling kit for 2WD

Anybody know where I can get a leveling kit for a 2006 2500 2wd that's NOT made of polyurethane?

A leveling kit for a 2wd?
Maybe try taking out the 2 extra shims auner the rear leafs will lower the *** enough to make it look level..?
(... unless you really like the idea of a jack up 2wd truck¿)

I know where you can get a 6" lift kit for it. This is a member truck of another forum group that I belong to. Did not know it was a 2wd until I saw it in person and looked under it last night.

I have the Daystar 2 inch leveling kit on my 2wd dually. It gives me plenty of clearance with my 22.5 Alcoa wheels. Pics in my gallery.

What was the level of difficulty on the Daystars? Have you had any problems or durability issues since installation?

I've got the daystar 1.5 inch on mine, no problems here.

I also have the daystar 1.5, doesn't level it completely, but will help. Then if you aren't satisfied, you could flip the blocks on the rear leafs. There has been some talk awhile back about a 4 inch spindle lift that would allow for the clearance of 35's, but hasn't been any current updates.

I lowered the rear end to level mine, under $100. The back is 1" higher than the front. I did give up the Overload leaf though.

Is it just me or is anyone else wondering why you'd want to Jack up a 2WD truck?
So it looks like a 4X4?

Maybe someone can explain this to me?

Personally I'd like to clear bigger tires, but don't want 4x4 (gives me another reason to tear my truck up, I'm trying to avoid that now). Also it provides a true lift/level without having to piece things together. Yes its not 4wd, but it looks great. The extra ground clearance doesn't hurt either.

Well I don't have a 2wd and have not had but one all my life. But most do it to clear bigger tires and just looks better. Not a fan of big wheels and low profile tires on trucks, but some of the 20/22s with the right tires are starting to grow on me. That 6.5" lift above should clear any 37s with no problem and maybe bigger.

As for 2 wd trucks, I like the look of Cleger's, the other one with the big lift kit makes no sense to me...

...(but thats just my 2¢)

... but hey, everyone can do what they want to their trucks, right?

Happy New Years all!
