Looking for a cool hood ornament 04 Ram

Ok ,I just have to ask if anyone knows where to find a hood ornament for my 2004.5. I'm. hoping that it will look good and be big enough to see and fit the shape of our hoods.Looks like the flat Ram logo may be removeable and then the new one could go there.Idid locate a site that sells the ramhead and a Ram figure, but the bases are flat.

I'll get the model years from the forums. Those old Rams heads might work with some grinding,I'll look into it. Thanks.

I just went and looked at my antique Mack bulldog, I think I'd have to reinforce the mounting area on the hood. They mount at the back feet and all the weight (1 1/2 Lbs.) hangin off the front might be to much for the modern (THIN!) sheetmetal

If you folks know the model years of the Rams that have those protruding hood ornaments let me know,I'll be away from my computer for a few days, and then check in. Love this site,it gets to be a daily habit to see what is going on out there.

Maybe you could use a plate of aluminum under the hood which would be secured by the bulldogs mounting screws?? This would distribute the load over a larger area.
