No because the axle hasn't cleared the frame until your over 6"s. I think Thuren's monster radius arms would probably work with that little lift, but they take him a really long time to build due to some serious detailed welding and are expensive.
You might find a one long/one short arm kit like the Pro-Comp or BDS kit that would work with only a 4 or 5" lift spring. Like maybe DTR member ~ Riverbound's kit, but smaller springs. here
