Line-x on rockers

Hey guys,
I'm looking for fome pictures of 3rd gens with Line-x on the rockers. I'm trying to decide if I want to do that. Not sure how it'll look on a black truck.
Thanks
Evan

Look in my gallery. I know the pictures are dark... my camera broke so I can't take any new ones.

That looks really good. Will the tan just be paint, or are you planning something textured, like Line-x?

it will be Line-x'd with texture. ALso going to do the aftermarket bumpers the same color and the bushwacker pocket style flares.

You guys that have the Line-x on the rockers. I am also thinking about. But my question is how hard is it to keep clean. I have the Line-x in the bed and I noticed that the dirt just kind of gets in the texture. That, and I am not one to wash my truck but a couple of times a year. What price did you pay? I had a quote from a local Line-x guy and he wanted $800. THought that was kind of steep since he did my bed for $400

I think putting a coating on the painted surfaces is going to limit the resale possibilities. I, for one, would never consider buying a truck with Line-X on the rockers or bed rails.
Just a thought....

He wanted $800 for just the rockers. Said something about more taping and just more overall labor.
