LIFTED DUALLY give me your thoughts

Just looking to see how many of you guys like these mods the fuel tanks hold a total of 100 gallons under the bed. It has a mp-8, AFE intake, TQ and valve body upgrade, bypass filter, straight piped to the stacks. Lots of other mods frame stuff and diamond plate interior. I tow allot and have only been in the mud a few times and always thought the 22.5s ruin a 4x4 but they last forever. Would this be a bad mod to do with my auto and 4:10s? Does anyone know how the G-124S do off road?

If your wondering about the tanks i made them out of stainless there 2 xtras on top of the stock so a total of 3 and they just tranfer into the stock filler neck. There is 2 filler necks so i can mix bio 50/50 in the rear tanks and pump into the stocker.

Nice truck!

Do you have any other pics of the tanks?
I thought about fabbing up my own under the bed, just for a reserve to feed the stock tank. Ill probably put one where the spare tire is(was) when I step up the 37s and cant run a spare there anyway...

Also, what pump are you using to transfer the fuel to the stock tank? Just a generic transfer pump, or a Holley style or?

More info on this second tank under the bed for me too please. Would it interfere with a GN hitch? My, my is that a great idea. Especially for me not having much room in the box as it is - good thing I haven't mounted an aux. fuel tank yet.

Well i made em out of stainless put one were the mufler use to be and the other were the tire was had to cut out the spare tire crank and add a cross member for the front tank they gravity feed each other. And to transfer fuel a simple $100 5gpm pump from northern tool works great runs through i 10 micron filter. Ill get you boys some more pics of the tanks tomoro. Anyone have any input on the 22.5s with the outo?

Thanks for the coments guys

I think 22.5's are goofy looking--they make the proportions all wrong. Looks tough as it stands

Thanks!! i was lookin at the 19.5s but you can get a used 22.5 for $46 and a used aluminum 22.5s for $150 wich is not bad. I love my mudders but its a 12.50 on a 6 inch rim so my wear is all messed up. I really want 37x12.50s next. But like i said i tow so much more now.

All i did was find a salvage yard for semi trucks and i had 2 of them quote me olmost the same price. And they will sell you used tires for around 150 bucks with 40 to 50 % tread left wich will last us 1 ton guys quite a while. If your up for a little polishing or painting your in. Just haveto choose your wheels carfuly those salvage yard just yank em off the trucks and put em in a pile.

Love the Bull haulers i think im gonna make mine about 6" taller and try to inject some propane and blow some flames. Seem easy E nuff

Yes ive seen the Super singles on a few fords down here. The tread design is so wimpy for such a big tire. I heard they hydroplane easlily. And they weigh like 225 pounds or so ( I was told) seems brety heavey for thesteer axle.

The Tires are 35X12.50s I put them on with only the 6" lift but that wasnt Enuff so i added the body lift. Ill get you some more pics later this afternoon. Runnin 2" spacers in the rear NNOOOO problems Very strong even hit a curb with the outside tire once tyin so squeze past somone doin like 50mph no cracks bend or wobbles. It tows fine lifted no blocks use the add a leafs and it makes the rear leafs stronger.

As far as frame mods i had to cut the front at the angel of the bumper and angle it up so it didnt hand down under my bumper. (ill get you some pics to ) i only had to do it cuz of the body lift And the other mod was just welding in a new crossmember to support one of the tanks. Sorry nothing really exicting on the frame.

Awsome looking rig! I like the look of a lifted dually, the black wheels and the white bumper really set it off.
