what ever lift you get try to get one that uses new coil springs instead of spacers ,i installed springs on mine and the ride is nice ,buddy of mine bought a kit same manufacture E-Z RIDE tuff country with spacers and very harsh ride ,shock wise bilstein on my buddys ,mine cheapies. go figure!!!!!!!!!!!

might want to look into the new pro comp kits. the 6" kit comes with their new coil springs, an adjustable track bar, and you can order it with a Fox shocks upgrade. from what i hear, they put a lot of R&D into these new kits.

what wheels are you going to run? with the right BS, you can run 37's with little more than a level kit.

I have the tuff country 4.5" lift on mine and even though it is just a cheap lift kit my truck rides better than stock and I did just get the spacers and not the coil springs. I have a dually also and I think it rides great for a 1 ton with a lift and 35's.

watch out for the procomp stuff if you are going to work your truck I don't knoww much about their dodge stuff but I see alot of fords with the coilover setup on front lifted 6"-8" with double stacked blocks in the back and about 20" ubolts holding it all together. I guess that is fine for the blacktop crawler but it would get some horrible wheelhop offroad if it didn't fall apart completly.

A guy at one of the major 4wheel stores in cali told me once to never run a lift from the west coast if you work your truck because they are all built for show. not to be as functional as stock and that most lost gvw capacity fwiw
