Leveling kit question

I'm going to level my 07 2500 Mega Cab and was wondering what are the better companies to go with when it comes to leveling kits...especially ease of installation. Also, any companies I should avoid altogether?

I have run the Daystars on my truck for 3 years now. Piece of cake to install and zero problems. Make sure you swap out your shocks as well.

i just used skyjacker coils and new bilstein shocks. it was easy and ride better now. I drove a 06 w/ daystar spacers and stock coil/shocks and it didn't as good as my truck does.

If you are looking for a KIT that does springs, shock, etc then you have several options. KORE, Carli and Lorentz make really nice kits. I have the KORE Leveling Kit, it ws the only complete kit at the time I was looking to do Leveling with a complete package kit.

If you are just looking for a spacer/puck to level with, those mentioned above are all good spacers.

One thing that has been recently coming up on many of the forums is warranty issues on ball joints, etc and the use of the spacers/pucks. Many have been denied repairs with the pucks. Those with complete kits have not been having warranty issues regarding ball joints, etc. Whatever you do, make sure you have your alignment checke after installing whatever you choose, that way you have a document to prove that what you did remained within the factory alignment specs. Harder for a warranty issue when you have taken the neccessary steps to make sure whatever you have done keeps your truck within specs.

Any one running Top Gun Customz leveling kit? Just the spacers, no new shocks, everything else stock? Any problem with that setup?

I've used several at the dealership and I like the BDS the most. Easy to use and VERY Solid. Used them myself and left in the stock shocks. I only recommend then if you don't tow alot and you don't use much tounge weight. I you do tow alot, get long shocks.

The Pacbrake kits are designed to be an easy install, powder coated, and CNC machined for a great fit at a reasonable price.
