Leveling kit
Leveling kit
Where is a good place to get a leveling kit for a '03 3500 dually?
How hard is it to install yourself? Has anyone found a reprogrammer for the on board computer. I just need a good place to order parts and accessories. Thanks.

give suspension connection a call or get on there web site www.suspensionconnection.com thats where i got mine before i decided to go bigger. (see sig) i installed mine in about 2 hours you will probably need some spring compressors to get the springs in with the kit. now, i have heard it is ALOT easier on the 3rd gens but i dont know www.suspensionconnection.com
I found my leveling kit here: http://www.jackit.com/dodge/dodge_leveling.htm I went with the 2" Deluxe.
The Dodge factory shocks aren't that good, JMHO. I like the bilstiens, had em before, they did make a difference in how my particular truck handles. I had a local shop, Belle Tire, do the install. I had 5 new 315 BFG's installed at the same time. Took around 2.5-3 hours to do everything.
If you have a warm place to do the install, it won't be that bad. I don't or I would have done it myself. The coils should just fall right out, no spring compresser was used to install my kit.
Hope this helps.
