Heck,
My 04 305/555 48re, only ran 326hp/618tq with an EZ set on level 4 (suppose to be 75 hp) .... I haven't tried my ramifier yet, but I know it is way stronger than the EZ.... Sound like you got some bonus power for your money.... way to go...

you must have been a lucky one to have no problems with your box. I have had problems with my box and have been trying to get it fixed "behind the scenes" for over a month now. I finally had to get blunt with them and tell them if I don't have a WORKING box in my hands (truck) by next friday. They can stick it up you know where. And refund me all of the money I have spent on it including the shipping costs I have incurred in sending it in 2 times now and the 3rd time to return it to them. After a month of trying to even get answers from quad and jeremy And never getting them to be able to work together to get this problem solved or even getting a response from them. I got sick and tired of it. I have kept quiet so far because I understand to a certain point that things take time but it has been over a month........ There is no excuse for that!! Since I got "blunt" with quad They are sending me a new one which I should have in hand by wed or so. Hopefully this one works if not I will probably never buy another quad product after the bi*** slapping I have gotten from them and the bad customer service I have had to deal with this is the last straw!!

Quad I definately salute you on your stand up committment behind your products !!! I don't have any of your products but have seen many of your responses to members concerns and problems and am truly impressed with your honesty and effort which is hard to find in the fast growing diesel aftermarket . Waiting a bit longer to see what hits the market but you are definately first when it comes time .

problem with Quad? I dunno, got the box, plugged it in (oh, about 20 minutes, including mounting the switch), started the truck, done. no code, no problem. Oh yeah, and the power is nice.

You don't say! Wow, you mean that for every 1000 customers, 999 "have had no troubles"? That's truly amazing!

But....if he's having the problems he says he is, and isn't getting anything resolved in a timely manner, I'd be a pizzed off customer too, regardless of whether or not I'm that 1 out of a 1000 customers.

I played games with a " former " advertiser on here for almost 3 months with useless excuses and bs around every turn trying to let them make it right . Personally I think slammin Quad was a bit rash but we all get a bit impatient at times , especially when a sizeable amount of green is involved .

To my own defence On slamming quad. He has had several opportunities to step up to the plate. I have sent the whole thing in You should be recieving it any time. If the problem gets resolved I'm happy!! But when it takes so long and nothing seems to be getting accomplished I do get a little impatient. I waited plenty long and did not bring it up on this forum for quite a while. like I said before I understand things take time but when nothing happens for weeks at a time and I can't even get a response from you or your staff that is when I get annoyed! I'm sorry it I hurt your feelings quad but the people here deserve to hear about an issue like this. If this lights a fire under your chair and gets something done then I helped the next guy that has to deal with your company. Like I have always said the squeeky wheel gets the grease. And thank you for finally responding!!!
