alltork,

After seeing your 37's, I wish I would have kept mine. How hard was the body lift? What happens with the front bumper? I have my push bar mounted to the frame at the tow hook holes....this makes me think that the body lift is not an option for me. Darn!

cquestad, lift was easy to put on it was complex though. You have the usual spacers and bumper raising brackets, then because of diesel engine you have to unbolt ac condenser, radiator trannny cooler and engine oil cooler up front. It is an extremely well designed body lift. The front bumper gets raised up 3 inches by 4 flat brackets that bolt to frame and to bumper. If you could get your push bar mounted to frame with maybe modified brackets then you could easily raise up push bar also. Either way your truck still looks good.

Cquestad,
Where did you get those black wheels from? When I had my spare tire on I thought the black wheel looked very tuff and would have put 3 others on if I had them.

I got them from 4 Wheel Parts Wholesalers... They are 17x9 with a 4.64" back spacing. They stich out a little, but I could live with that since I installed Warn Flares. I need to update my pics...

They are WAY cheaper than any other Aluminum choice out there and only weigh 5 more lbs a wheel (they are lighter than the stock steel rims). To me the choice was easy since I wanted 35's and black rims.

Went to dealer today. Pulled in asked service guy if he could make change to adjust for 37 inch tires he says "no problem" he gets service tech to bring hand held programmer over to truck and punches in"Other" for tire size and 565 for revs per mile and its done. I was there 5 minutes. I ask "how much do I owe you ?"with 5 service guys staring at my truck he says " man you don't owe me nothing, that truck is awesome." Done deal. On the way home my hand held GPS verified speed was correct. I sure like when things work out like that.
