I ordered and installed a Bully Dog j-hook for my truck and when I got to the adjustment proceedure it said to adjust to 1 3/4" for the spring, but fully extended it is at 3". I noticed that the box said for 01'-02' dodge and when I called the person who sold it to me, he said that so long as my boost didn't exceed 40psi I would be fine and that most people try to get them as tight as possible. Is this correct. I have only gotten 25psi of boost with my stock turbo. Will I damage anything, what is the boost maximum or anything else I should worry about?
