hey guys has anybody had problems with there isspro tranny guage. i am on my second amp box and guage and still not working. have checked the connections and everything looks good. both guages start to work then all of a sudden drop off and stop working. is this a common problem?? i have the probe in the tranny pan.

the only time mine stopped working was when one or both (i dont remember) of the orange wires came undone from the box. i re-set them and it has been great for over a year. only complaint is that one of the lights has burned out already

dan 33900 has your guage started to work then stop. i have even had it go from not working to it reading 140 deg. then just fall off again. diesel manor and isspro have been great and sent me the second guage free of charge. i even stuck the connector on the back of the guages in boiling water and they did not read. i don't know if that would make it register. the guy said there was a way to test the guage in boiling water,but i may have done it wrong..

 

No mine just will power up at start then no reading.

 

I have had mine installed for about 4 months and no problems. Have you checked the wires coming from the sensor to the gauge to make sure they did not move and get on something hot and are shorting out? Just a thought.

 

you guys may have gotten a bad batch of guages.......these things happen unfortunately!
